They are family friendly organization, flexible life balance scheduling and time off. Decent pay, upper management that listens and try’s to help with day to day if possible.

Can be pulled in to many directions at one time, so stress and time management is needed. Limited help from parts management. Generally great staff to work with.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends on how busy the two shops are and what help is available to you during these times. Can be stressful, and demanding.

There is nothing good about working at Truck Zone. Place drains you mentally. Management and staff are mostly backstabbers.

Management, service department, lack of structure. Very toxic environment.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic, two faced backstabbing staff. Management are cancerous.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Absolute total chaos. Prepare yourself for a daily fight with the service department.

Leadership and workplace culture at this branch led to ongoing frustration and low morale. Communication was inconsistent, support was limited, and expectations often unrealistic.

The overall stress level in this role was consistently high and resulted in daily burnout. The workload, combined with unclear direction and limited support, created an environment that felt unsustainable over time. The physical work setting also added to the strain I experienced while working there.

I work with a great ,very helpful diversified group of people with a wide range of experiences and ages . we do lots of  variety of repairs and maintenance plus inspections with
lots of PM repairs and will repair almost anything to accommodate our customers needs .
everything is quoted and customer approved before proceeding with many flexible options .
if your a mechanic searching to get away from the big city rush drop in for an interview  , this could be the place for you.


The Work atmosphere is good but big disconnect between Parts ,Service and Management.. Expectations are not relayed between all the departments. and lots of issues brought up to management were ignored . This employer is much like others good and bad even out so not a bad place to work all in all.

Some rushes but it is manageable.

Great atmosphere to be in very positive and tight knit group.

One of the best places I have worked to date, shop environment is built around a team culture, creating a fun and easy place to come to work each day. They will work on just about anything so there is typically always a wide variety of jobs to do and different experience to be gained.

-learn to weld alot of aluminum

Amazing place to work , family orientated place . New management has done times of improvements to make the work environment a joy to come to work. Monthly BBQ’s , free Truck Zone promo products for employees and flexible time off. Saftey conscious company!

Seen alot of people go while I was there for a short time they'll say one thing and do the opposite new manager has no clue how to run anything except his mouth if your looking for a long term job dont do it here
