Trusscore kick started my career, taking a chance and knowing I didn't have experience.  I started at Trusscore when it was called MSW, a small company that has allowed me to grow alongside it as it grew into Trusscore and continues to grow.  I've had many opportunities to build my career and am happy to say there are no politics here! Overall it's a collaborative, team based environment that has room for innovation and creativity.  If you're looking to make a difference, this is the place to be. 

Job is never slow days go by fast , they are lenient about breaks along as the job gets done properly.  But they never seemed to appreciate my knowledge or the great job I was doing.  They hired me as an operator a d later told me my job wasn't available and moved me departments , which was a let down for me as I really enjoyed the operator position I had been seeking 

This company gives employees the opportunity to advance when the opportunity arises.  It's an evolving company that appreciates and welcomes new ideas and work tactics. They have great benefits, opportunity for profit shares when enough profit to share, and a positive work culture - The Trusscore way.
Stay out of politics, gossip, focus on your job and helping each other out, this will take you far. 

Very big "tech company startup" energy and attempts to move fast / make bold decisions, which does not translate well into physical products or competent leadership. Poor pay, especially for the high workload and  expectations. On the positive side, there are some great hardworking people across all depts.  Overall a disappointing and unsatisfying experience.

Trusscore has been a great company to be apart of. I have always been given the resources and information that I had needed in my daily work.

My team is very collaborative and positive. The work culture is very team oriented and motivating, it's been very refreshing.

It was ok. Hard work, 12 hour days if working in production but for some including myself I prefer to work longer days and more days off. The issue was switching every two months from days to overnights. You use a material that is a powder and it goes in the machine, sometimes its fun and have to problem solve, but that can be frustrating too if very busy

Trusscore is focused on creating a team atmosphere while providing countless opportunities to develop and learn. It’s refreshing to be involved in an organization that is passionate about helping the environment while inspiring all team members through constant innovation.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not much, they say they have profit sharing but over 3 years earned enough to buy a pizza.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Other people who didn't do their job.
