Twice the Deal Pizza

I worked here for about 6 months of my sophomore years. it was overall a good experience as i worked with my friends. The days that i worked were incredibly busy, it was either too fast to handle or mistakes were being made by others that ended up falling on me. the only area to take a break was at the back of the kitchen (if you even worked enough hours to get a break). The bathroom door was removed for some reason forcing us to use the gas station next door.

I used to work in the mornings during the lunchtime rush, when it's extremely busy with lots of high school teenagers coming in regularly during business days.

Many operations of the business needs to be supervised and maintained such as the freezers, which does create stressful situations when they are not working properly.

I was paid under the table, less than minimum wage, and treated terribly. The owner hires people he can take advantage of, berates them, and cuts them loose with no notice. I liked my coworkers, and that's the only reason I stayed so long. And free pizza is pretty great too I'll admit. 

It is a great place  as job culture is appropriate  for everyone. I got many experiences. Every employee  gets feedback with honesty. Every part of the job is enjoyable.

⦁	Supervising a team of 5-6 members effectively for pizza making and customer service. 
⦁	Offering necessary aid to members for enhancing the quality of the rolled out product
⦁	Plan time schedule of the team members
⦁	Discuss about health and safety and resolve issues if any

i get chance to met so many people every day. i work weekends a well so its more fun on weekend. we open late night till 3.00am so sometimes after closing it become long hours and i reach home at 3.30am.

Fast paced environment that allows you to stay on task and provide a product for the customers. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to always make new items and please the customers.

I have learned how to talk with customers, how to make pizzas, co-operation with other employees.
Personally I believe that no job is small!1 You should learn something from every experience.

Working here is great, the owner is friendly and will always take into consideration when he needs to schedule his employees, the work environment is clean and fun!

I have worked at twice the deal pizza for the past six years and i have learned alot dealing with customers that enable me to find whats my weaknesses and my strengths.
