The North American Market does not get alot of attention,which leads to the lack of its success. There is little support to the management team to better our store and drive business and for a well known brand, that is absolutely disgusting.

The store itself is absolutely a joke. Customers constantly ask for fitting rooms afterall, apparel is sold but of course, there is no fitting room. The stockroom is crowded every single day and creates a safety hazard for team members but of course, no one cares. Also the secondary stock room is in the basement of the mall and is also always crowded, reams of dangerous fumes and is always hot.

This company doesn't care for their top talent and instead, hires people for management positions that don't care about the brand, can't communicate with staff and are very condescending. There is NO room for growth at all and pretty much, it's a job to have while in school. After that, save yourself the time of investing in this brand.

the training could be a bit better & thorough and sometimes the rules change under certain circumstances.  sales leads often have favorites and depending on whether or not you're somehow one of the "chosen ones" you might have a hard time.

overall a friendly environment, but at times some shifts felt more micromanaged depending on who was leading.

The perks of the job is the best part of it, such as the discounts and being able to travel to work at different Ugg stores across the country

The holiday season is the most stressful part as many people shop ugh during the holidays

Toxic the environment is the worst, I never disliked a company so much in my life

Assisting customers, working cash rep, working on a team

Working at Ugg Australia was enjoyable. The people were fun and energetic and management was always encouraging.

A typical day included stocking new inventory and keeping the store organized for easy access, as well as attending to customers. 

The hardest part of the job was the physical work involved, lifting and transporting heavy boxes; management was always accommodating though.

The most enjoyable part of the job was the team. You could go into work having a bad day and leave feeling better because the staff was so caring!

My time at UGG was truly fulfilling. The company provided a comfortable and supportive work environment where I felt valued and appreciated. One of the most rewarding aspects was the opportunity for professional growth and development within the organization. I also had the privilege of working with high-quality products that are not only stylish but also durable and beloved by customers worldwide. Overall, my experience at UGG was positive, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rewarding career in the fashion industry.

If you’re a student, this will be a good place to work at. The job itself is easy. You just need to help customers, and clean up after their mess. Reaching your sales goal is important if you want to work here long term. The salary is minimum wage and the chance of it increasing is basically zero. The job can be stressful since there are weird people in the world and they want to act like your boss when they spend money, so expect rude customers because they will come in a lot.

Emm I would use three word I think. Friendly, greeting customers politely and nicely. Helpful, initially ask them how can I help you, listening carefully to what they need, and lead them enthusiastically to the exact section they are looking for. Supportive, make customers feel valued and heard, confirming them made great choice and explaining all benefits to make them feel they are treated well.

The manager should go see a psychiatrist. She is constantly yelling at her employee and not nice to customers.
Also, poor training. Every sales lead has different ways to do things and there is no clear and consistent rules.
My suggestions for the upper management team is to pay attention to the high employee turnover and find out the key reason.

The people that work here are super cool but management lacks so much order and discretion.
There is no structure and shifts are randomly given and taken .. I enjoyed my time here but management made it difficult to enjoy some shifts.
