Manufacture bits and downhole tools.

I was proud to be part of the company any given day as management was good and shop floor people were always ready to help.

I enjoyed working and always found pride to highlight defects in manufactured product before it was shipped to customers.

This is a large company with a small company feeling. Very friendly team. Company-wide, they still value the person instead of being just a number. They believe in human potential is their best tool to succeed, and management at all levels encourage opportunities for an individual to make a difference.

The hardest part of my job is working a rush drill bits that need to removed diamond cutters, sand blast, TIG weld on damage fingers and worn out bit body shoulders and tyo be done with in 8 hours.

Worked there for about 10 months, It was a fantastic place to work. People would always be willing to help and get things done, It is very much a team environment. The downturns though is that its the oil and gas field and at any moment it could take a downturn and layoffs are always a worry.

I learnt a lot of new skills in a shop environment.  I worked indepedently majority of the time rebuilding and grinding reclaimed Drill bits.  I worked along with the quality control and welders

This place is amazing! Management actually cares about you and understands that things at home happen and you need to take care of it. The morale is really high and there isn't much drama. 

If I get chance I would love to go back there.Management is good.They don’t put pressure on you and give you time to learn everything.Give you chance to learn new things.And they have lots of fun activities to do.

I cant say anything but how great it is to work for Ulterra, great people, great atmosphere and all around great place to come to work everyday! Always recognizing for a job well done!

The company was always growing and made for a lot of achievement of goals. It didn't come without its own set of growing pains. Good Team Orientation mentality. 

run by a bunch off bros. you work hard while this guy and that guy sit around and watch. everyday is a fight to get the things you need to work.
