Individualistic vs collaborative work culture, more ABMs than brand manager positions, so there is cut throat competition to show off and make it to the favorites list
Poor management: favoritism, lack of coaching and clear expectations, no constructive feedback which inhibits your professional growth and development. Management does not make your success their success, you're pretty much on your own.
Large number of "mandatory" company meetings, events and activities, limiting the time to do your actual work.

The Unilever Simcoe plant is a very clean and welcoming environment with safety as their number one priority. Every employee brings forth their best efforts in order to ensure that things are running smoothly. Management is always there to listen and to provide a solution when you bring up an issue within the plant. The most difficult part of working for Unilever is that if you are a seasonal employee, shift work may be hard for you to get used to. Also, standing for the entirety of your shift may be difficult for people as well.  In my opinion, the most enjoyable part of working for Unilever is that you are always able to safely communicate with your coworkers while on the production floor. There isn't many positions where you are isolated and unable to have a conversation. All in all, Unilever is an excellent place for people to work, especially for students who are looking to make some extra cash during the summer months.

the typical day is the  wonderful environment, fun, positive, and encouraging.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the environment, you can never feel the tiredness and the time that passes. mostly on Fridays we have different event just for appreciate us to work there. that shows the value of the company.

Unilever CA is a good Company. As a Sales Representative, i had to visit some very importants clients of the Company. i had the responsability of  this clients buy our products, pay them, and put them in theirs stores. 
I learn to solved big problems in the relashion between this vip clients and the Company. Many things changed, specially the sale cheif  and the manager  are new in the Company, and their made a not confortable workplace culture. The hardest part of the job was to toleraded a non profesional comunication (without repect).

•	Analyzed deodorant trends for male consumers and recommended pricing strategy for Axe brand in Greater China, improved total deodorant (Deo) profit margins by 10% with a sales growth of 50%. 
•	Forecasted and analyzed twelve-month P&L with revised templates, reduced variances by 60%.
•	Calculated the cannibalization rate between Axe and Dove Deo and formulated shelving strategy.
•	Developed spend reporting and completed financial analysis on actual vs forecasted spend
•	Reconciled general ledger and performed month end closing, identified and removed discrepancies.

I enjoyed working here. The job can be strenuous if you do not do proper stretches , or eat and sleep properly. Because of the 8-10 hour shifts that you would work 5 days a week you have to be prepared for the changes in your daily routine.The work environment was very clean and proper. The sanitation staff do a very great job of keeping this workplace clean and safe for the workers and for the people who may buy frozen treats from this company.  If something were to break down, they would put you on paid break until the issue was solved .The management is always on top of things and they do treat all staff with respect and are keen on helping everyone. The most enjoyable part, great hours and pay, and Free ice cream on breaks !

I had the opportunity to learn how to use the computer to record sales, data input, data analysis and also the ability to send formal letters to heads, colleagues and clients for effectiveness and efficiency.
due the the serene environment provided I could work long hours with little or no supervision.
The hardest part of the job was when the organisational goal was not achieved within the stipulated time and had to work during holidays to meet up the goal.
