To start the hourly employees for the most part are amazing people we were all just normal people trying to make an honest living in these crazy times I enjoyed my time working with the receiving team.

There is a deep deep culture of nepotism and what I would refer too as the “good ole boys club” most of the people in any position of power or influence have been at the company upwards of 20 years and have ultimately brought in members of their own families or clans to fill management positions. With that comes somewhat of a conflict of interests in the sense of if someone in management is not necessarily your biggest fan it becomes common knowledge amongst the employees.

There is almost no chance of advancement from within as the management would rather hire a son in law or a nephew rather than an employee who has shown the ability to lead and succeed. 

Zero training and company wide processes with there seeming to be no standards as long as the job is done and orders get closed and managers get their credit and accolades. if you make a mistake the receiving manager will express dissatisfaction with OTHER EMPLOYEES rather than approach you directly even though they have not provided you the training or alerted the entire team of a change in priorities. 

No HR manager on site (any matters related to HR is done threw plant GM and is only brought to actually HR’s attention at his discretion) not a conflict of interests at all…

The inability to retain employees is not just a entry level issue, multiple VP’s of company as a whole in a 10 month span shows chaos at all levels.

The shipping dept; receiving dept, Raw materials dept aswell as the maintenance dept management is one big web of in-laws and spouses and other immediate family that have managed to monopolize the Guelph location and ultimately create a hostile work environment for those not worthy of being in the family.

My advice for those whom may want to work here is to keep your head down, Mouth shut and lastly believe half of what you see and none of what you hear…



I was the returns clerk at this company and I loved my job. I got the chance to do many different jobs. I would receive customer returns for what ever reason that they weren't happy with their uniforms.
I had to evaluate the condition that the uniforms came back in and determine whether a credit was going to be issued, an exchange or no credit at all. I dealt with the project managers to ensure the returns that were coming back from customers they dealt with were done in a timely manner. This was my main job but I also received product in and put it away. Order picked and did yearly inventory. I created BOM's for fabric and other pieces needed to go out to small producers that made small orders for the company. Over my year and a half of working there is was fortunate to learn so many different jobs. I loved the people I worked with and the day to day challenges of the speed and demand required to get the returns done in a small time frame. It was the fast pace and working with some many people in a day that was the hardest but the best part of the job.

This company is a sinking ship. The business is going down and it's easy to see why. Management is moronic. They don't listen to any constructive feedback. Most safety concerns aren't even sufficiently addressed (even though they always claim to put safety first). 

You're unlikely to get a warehouse job there anyways. They're filling all those roles with temps. Another horrible decision from management. A lot of these temps can't even speak English. 

But if you do get a warehouse job there, the work itself isn't bad. But I would recommend trying to get on the night shift. For the sole reason of avoiding having to deal with management as much. And the people on night shift are really good, chill people, including the supervisor (if he's still there). 

The work place is at all times very busy there is always someone that has to be serviced with a fitting or a problem with their order.
The co-workers are very friendly and always very helpful, the only problem is there is a shortage or workers. 
The hardest part of the job is trying to jugging a lot of things at one time when you are busy and alone.
The enjoyable part of the job is when you meet nice and considerable people and have good co workers that give help out.

This place is miserable they can't keep workers to save their life, weather its them quiting or getting fired, just opened a new warehouse and that failed so now they are using it to store all the products they kept on the floor at the current warehouse, the place is a complete mess and working around all the junk everywhere is a hazard to say the least, minimum training given as well as every other month they remind us we're owed a "pizza lunch" then never follow thru they pretty well tell you straight up your a number and you replaceable

Worked here for 1.5 years. Good management in the warehouse with issues in the offices. You basically picked out orders of shirts with an order picker or packed, pretty simple. A few issues but overall a great experience but lacks the fact theres almost no room for growth and pays extremely low for a person driving all day on an order picker.

Leaders are interested in the teams' ideas, there's a very open door policy and unified collaborative team environment.  I really enjoy it here, very flexible leadership which makes the company itself exciting-always innovating w new products and service technology, but also flexibility in how staff are managed, which makes for a great work life balance.  It's a very exciting place to be a part of.
