I've learnt everything from this job. Everything from data entry to payroll and accounting. I also learnt about office politics and how to properly manage a company because this company sucks in that department.
The management in this company went from awesome to horrible with the switch of the manager. It's bad enough when you love your job yet dont want to come in because the office enviroment feels like an elementary school when you're being watched every move and told on for having a conversation with co-workers. 
The enviroment went from fun loving and easy going to a detention center. We have lost great workers due to the new management and two faced people in the office. I love working here. I love what I do but there's no advancement in this company and honestly I think they company is going downhill fast cause of the management. If she doesn't like you she will find every excuse to get rid of you. Even if you're a benefit to the company (meaning your versitile and can help out in any department). People who do nothing all day get promoted and people who work their butts off get fired.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Excellent management.  Here was e very hard situation for this not local Company but due to very good management I stayed working with them for 2 years. 


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
timing because of lineups at YVR, BP and Borders makes stressful to run to make 2 deliveries in 12 hours. 


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Actually it was a pleasure to work for this Company. 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starting in the yard to do pretrip of Truck and trailers and then heading south to the border.

Terrible management, favouritism is obvious. They repeatedly fire great employees and keep the ones who make mistakes because of this favouritism the manager has. Owner has no idea what's going on ever. Everyone is unhappy but this company has managed to keep only employees who are in positions where they can't afford to be unemployed so they deal with the nonsense that comes with this place. I'm surprised this company is still running with how terribly operated it is. Seriously, avoid this place. You won't progress because it's such a small company that there's nowhere to move up to.

Fast paced environment, once you learn your duties you are left alone to complete your tasks.  You are not micromanaged.  I enjoyed my time with the company unfortunately there are limited opportunities for advancement.  I left the company for personal reasons, if I had a chance and was able to I would go back.  People in the office are friendly, and days were enjoyable and fun.  Management is accommodating.

damanding work, long days, always learning something new, management is good but they still have some perks to work out, co- workers are team players, hardest part of the job was truck repairs the wait time that was required, the best part was the drive getting to see the country.

I like this job . I have good experience. 
But salary is not enough according the life risk and threatens. I recommend only hard worker and responsible person.

A company that pays you well for the job you do. Bonuses are paid well if you do your job properly. Management treats you as you should be treated. A company that treats you like a person and not a number. 

Fast pace. Management is accommodating when time off is needed. Good new equipment. Can be tough working outside when the temperature drops below -10.

In my opinion this place is the bottom of the barrel for a petroleum trucking company. Office staff on a power trip and follow workers to cite them.

Pleasant working environment. People are kind and approachable. Company somewhat disorganized. Little room for growth in company, pay is low
