-Learning here is a on going thing, at United we are always training are selves and employees to further are skills and knowledge.

-Are management team is always willing to help employees with drawings, budgets what ever they need to make the job go smooth, site visits are also something management does to make sure the crews understands the job and for support.

-Are workplace culture is top notice. Trust, Care, Respect, means more to United than anything else, this is what makes United great.

-The hardest part of my job, getting up in the morning I am old. I love my job and the challenges it brings no matter how hard or difficult.

-The most enjoyable part of my job is working with such great people every day, knowing they have my back at any moment.

From the CEO on down this company is horrendous. They manipulate everyone from employees to clients and thrive off of false promises, are dismissive and lack any accountability.

The work environment is extremely stressful and anyone who has a backbone is degraded and then released.

Every single client says the same thing “United over promises and under delivers” which then causes more stress on the employees because their hands are tied due to the ownership.

United does not appreciate nor pay their labourers. They will hold painters hostage by withholding funds until they commit to do other projects.

United lands projects because they consistently under bid, leaving the painters with measly budgets and the consultants stressed because the projects are always over budget. They will then not make their commissions.

Take everything that United Supreme claims as benefits of working for them and reverse it.

Lots of promises when I started with this company. It took 5 weeks just for accounting to get me on the pay roll and it was missing hours on that alone. So you show up in the morning for job assignments and often their is more guys than job so you don't get any work.    Expect to waist half a weekend once a month to attend an unpaid staff meeting. Half the jobs I was sent to I had to repaint what the last painter had done.  
All the Equipment is in poor condition. OHAS flagged United*s lift as unsafe along with the cords and sprayer, the list goes on.
Management is good at passing the buck and making excuses for any issues that may come up. I have been in the trades for a long time and this company different, not in a good way. 
I worked for the company for several months until my pay was late again, tried to sort it out sill waiting. Haven't gone back.

I was an employeed lead-hand for United for a few months.

Do not work for this company unless you're fresh off the boat and feel like you deserve no respect in exchange for a paycheque. You're asked to work almost every weekend with very limited OT pay. constantly thrown under the bus by higher-ups on site. Lack of care and attention to detail, these guys are in this to make money quickly not for quality work.

Found very little care from management, I even once had to remind the boss who I was!

Pay was decent, however I was belittled the moment I walked in the door with lies about a family environment and real opportunities to grow. None of that existed in my handful of months with the company.

If you're desperate for money and know how to use a brush, than MAYBE consider working here. Aside from that, stay clear of this mess.

These guys are literally opposite of Everything they say. Worst experience of my whole career, and they only care about Their bottomline. I will be more than happy to cut their grass and be a competitor in the Future.!!! Greatest Cons I’ve ever come across, they suck you in with big numbers and reasonable deadlines, only to throw you to the Wolves, and blame Contractors for their lack of communication and preparedness. The workers are decent, Owners are Shady and Con Artists.!!!! 

If you like a faced paced environment where you are expected to take responsibility, than this is the place to be. I personally thrive in this kind of environment and after being here for less than a month I honestly feel right at home. Everyone is friendly, and there is a community attitude of just being the best you can be.. with encouragement and training from everyone (including owner) to help you get better.

Nothing. Management very rude with employees.

Been treating as slave and no having space to work manager behind your back all the time

The worse I have ever worked in my life

Like  working with a manager that doesn't care about employees

Worked for them and terrible company! Showed up to my first day and the manager showed up 30 mins late and then opened the door and said on sorry I'm getting coffee and left me to figure it out. No training or guidance.  No benifts but pay was OK. 
Wasn't a fan of this disorganized company. Seeked me out and asked me to work for them to get laid off 2 months in due to them having not enough work.  
Terrible company! Do not work for them!!

I have been within this Company for more than 3 years.
During a time and with an  exceptional leadership I gained a lot of experience and I excel in my job.
Managment is encouraging and helpful.
Hard work is always recognized and appreciated.

I have worked for United for over a year now , they have helped me unbelievably, from understandable hours to great team attitude everyone helps out where is needed and puts extra time into delivering extraordinary projects. The owner is hardworking and values his team and their time. United has helped encourage me to expand my skills and knowledge for my passion and I am grateful for all the opportunities it has provided
