What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company with me is good and comfortable.

Operation of reverse reach truck picking orders manually from paper document for loblaws winners and McKesson I learned quick calculation to add numbers and subtraction multiplying while picking orders. I also learned to clear product information from computer software to eliminate quantity errors 

if you are looking for a reliable job this is not a good place unless you been refer by somebody from the inside.. the hardest part is they give you all the hard job if you are new to the place...and communication to co-worker not that good..

I wouldn't recommend applying for any job here. The overall experience while working at Upper Canada soap was horrible! Managers seem to have a problem giving designers clear direction on feedback and being able to hit current trends that the client wants. The benefits are a joke, upper management will NOT have your back, people can be two faces, and have no respect for your opinion 

As a former employee whom sued this company in 2018 and received compensation will say management needs training the owner lacks technology to be efficient and is only concerned about his profits.

No proper training.
Unprofessional supervisor.
Warehouse is completely unorganized and messy.
Coworkers are nice but most care about drama on the floor then finishing their jobs.
Pay is low and there is no room for growing.

Lack of consideration to provide their employees a work life-balance environment. Seemed the pay was fair at first, but with all the overtime the amount becomes much less in the end. The place caused me a lot of anxiety. No HR to protect you, a true sweat shop environment!

The work culture is great and people I work with are amazing. However, there is little to no growth opportunities. Management has favourites and people who get promoted are underqualified. 

Creative co-workers, most are helpful and good to work with. Innovative products offered Cons: work-life imbalance! Inefficient processes. Management has favourites.

This company has employed the best people and they all like to help each other . There is a friendly atmosphere. They take  proper care of all their employees.
