VRE Systems

I worked at VRE as a temp for a year and was laid off twice, only came back the first time. The pay for the work is lack luster, you work in frigid temperatures inside 1 specific shop (ironically where the money is made the most) and you are overworked. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the people, there are some nice faces in that plant, and it's a darn shame they put up with what they have to go through there on a daily basis. I didn't mind working there, you grow out of it. Don't waste your time.

While working at VRE you are expected to work at a fast pace for long hours in green houses. There is a complete lack of safety or concern for those working there in that you can be 30+ feet in the air and harnesses may not be provided. Fabrication at VRE was okay as long as you're okay with repetitive work.

Company has great potential with big contracts in lucrative markets.  Lots of work being generated, always hiring.  Working conditions are Stone Age. Safety is not important. Wages are low with no benefits.  No internal training offered.  No regard given to office and floor personnel.  No workplace standards reinforced

Worked here as a temp, when it came time to be hired full time I was expected to take a pay cut as they pay their welders less than the temp agency does. Would have been an easier pill to swallow if there was some kind of benefit package; there is not. Very high turnover rate, they can't keep good employees and it's easy to see why.

I was only seasonal help i filled in when i could help so i did not spend any time at the company warehouse i was out on the road doing installs or deliveries with a fellow employee / friend

Company is great and multiple people are nice, good hours. Reliable people. Any issue is solved. Anything you need is approved and helped with. Work here of your a people person and love hot weather 

It really wasn't for me.  If anything it helped me maked that decision to leave and head back to school.  If you choose life on the road there...you will never be home.  Family life may become difficult.  But that is a choice .

A fast paced environment with a wide scope of responsibilities. Great staff, and positive working environment, work tournaments (golf, hockey etc.).

Overall a good company to work for.

VRE Systems is a fast paced fun working environment. They support continuous learning and development, in order to increase overall productivity and cross functional employment.

Honestly fun place to work coworkers are amazing work events company lunches etc only downfall no benefits at time of employment and unorganized for product coming in to finish orders
