u load at different places a mill or the yard and deliver 2 different customers. took a while to get used to the tablet in the truck but its ok once u figure it out. the old manager sucked but the new manager is really great and the dispatcher is great 2 better than other dispatchers i had. everyone gets along here and the customers are mostly awesome.the paperwork is the hardest part but they will help u if u have questions and sometimes the places i had to deliver to were really tight but they send someone out 2 check the site out if there not sure. trucks r in good shape there r older ones and new ones. if i needed something done in the shop they did there best to get it done right away. i liked the people i worked with and the challenge some of the places we went to. always something a little different and not boring. 

I'd recommend a job here to anyone. Great benefits (company paid profit sharing, RRSPs, excellent medical/dental, etc).  I was new when I started and all my training was provided. Good group of people to work with that are flexible and accommodating to your needs. There's short shifts, if that's your preference, or long shifts.  Lots of never-ending things to do. Physically demanding which is nice when you're sitting in a seat all day driving. Trucks and trailers are well maintained - they're reasonable about fixing/adding/personalizing equipment to help driver/job. They never expect you to do anything you're not comfortable doing. Not everything is sunshine and rainbows, but what ever is?

This is a place I used to enjoy coming to work. The change in management in Abbotsford has made this team suffer. The current general manager is never held accountable for his behaviour. The style of management is very dishonest heavily micromanaged drivers are treated as if they are mistrusted. The dispatch team just does what they are told they are not for the driver. the  maintenance is lacking although there’s many truck upgrades drivers. You cannot make a comment and question anything. This company has lost its family charm. You are hounded from the moment you get into your truck your question if you stop to use the washroom your question if you stop your truck. It creates a very stressful hostile environment for somebody behind the wheel. The manager has his favourites and the rest get picked on.

As a current long term employee who has been here several years, I unfortunately have to agree with “do not recommend”, Was a great place to work until management change about a year ago, I used to look forward to each day and most people were quite happy, manager back then was excellent very personable motivating knowledgeable and helpful at all times, the current management and dispatch situation is intolerable deflating and stressful on most days, now when the alarm clock sounds its difficult to even get outa bed, the owners are great people but they are on the verge of losing many drivers, a terrible coach will destroy a good team and that is the main issue here now

If you like jumping from truck to truck and switching trailers all the time this is for you not me. Because they are a federal regulated company you won't get overtime till after 70 hrs a week! 
They go through many employees nobody is happy there.  The benefits are good ....if you last more than 3 months.. I think that's there strategies to make sure you're not happy so you leave before the 3 months is up so they won't have to match the RRSP Program. Stay clear of federal regulated companies!

Management and dispatch for this company is absolutely pathetic, very stressful for the drivers to complete thier task daily due to the cluster mess they put on the drivers. I’m on my first year at this company and it seems like the old timers are all leaving due to dispatch and the manager. Save yourself time and find a real trucking company. The company is very short staffed for one reason only and they still can’t seem to find out why that is. Truck maintenance is kept well and the owners seem nice that’s about it. 

Worst most toxic place I have ever worked due to Abbotsford general manager.  Micro managed every second of the day. Extremely poor work environment. Single handedly destroying the good company that they built. People used to be happy here, not any more. The only decent manager left just quit due to this treatment, anyone who takes that position is in for the worst experience of their lives.

GM and managers demanding and abusive, toxic toxic toxic. you can not do enough, there never happy, expect every thing give nothing. Promised bonus and rase but never came. people quit alot. Family owned family are nice managers are arogant  and out of control. Hardest part is management, best part was leaving.

Other workers Were good to work with. To much random no dispatch. One minute going one way the next minute the other way. Pay was okay. Unfortunately all trucking jobs are way underpaid. Cross boarder work. Usually no paperwork to cross into usa so stressful. Fun seeing different town in Washington state. 

Dispatchers and opps managers don’t have a working knowledge of distances and time involved in completing jobs and very seldom give us drivers the complete info needed in a timely fashion and cross border paperwork is generally incorrect
