The management in this company is by far amazing. As a former employee I have learned a lot in this company. The workplace culture is great, with a lot support by management. Highly recommended for those who are in trades, there is a lot of growth. Definitely see a lot of potential at Van der Graaf.

Great work culture and management style. Hard work and a good job is recognized. There are great leaders in the company who guide and support you. I have been working here for years and I would not change a thing.

Pros
Free lunches, family friendly, amazing colleagues, and the accounting manager did not micromanage, was very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. 

Cons
Growth was non-existent and the pay was low. 

They are like family but for certain fields limited growth.  I enjoyed working with them, a typical day starts with a nice coworker cake and ends with a goodbye from everyone.

Busy environment with organized work place. Managers are strict on enforce company’s policy, annual bonus and paid vacation is available plus additional retirement insurance

I worked more than 1 year and I enjoyed a lot. Production manager is very nice person. He is always supportive, appreciate your work. Also, management team is always supportive. 

Terrible place to work, mangers are clueless to what is going on. Very unorganized work structure. Almost like a high school clique that exists  that gossip during work hours. 

Fantastic place to work. People work together well. They got a new HR Manager who has helped take things to a better. We are treated fairly and respect.
