Vertical Staffing

Vertical staffing was a job I applied for because I heard the pay was very good, which it was.  However the environment was horrible. 

The management and coworkers could not stand each others and sometimes verbal arguments would result, management was disrespectful and coworkers resulted back the same. Racial slurs would be thrown at others constantly, which management would do absolutely nothing about and the rush to get out the second your shift finished was always evident.

I would never go back to work there ever again, even if I needed the money. At the end of the day the money wasn't even worth it.

Because staffing agencies try to get an accurate match between companies and employees; it is usually a hit or miss. Also, companies can display a good impression to the staffing agencies. So the staffing agencies in turn feel comfortable sending staff to the companies. However, once that process is complete, most employees see the 'true colors' of the companies that they temporarily work for. It is hard these days because our Canadian Prime Minister is destroying our economy with 'leftist radicalism'. So jobs are hard to come by.

The staff were incredibly friendly

I didn't find anything stressful about working for the company.

Everybody seemed to be quite satisfied with the way they were treated.

Came to work in a happy state of mind and left feeling the same way.

I really didn’t see an upside.

You never knew if you had work the next day or not. Got to the job site one day snd found out the job was over as i walked in..

What environment. Never saw anything that would be good to stay

typical day was very busy and sometimes boring

I really did not enjoy this job what so ever. It ended too late and i had a very unpleasant time working there. Working on an assembly was not hard, but when the line leaders saw that i was fast and efficient they began giving me too much work where it was tiring me and injuring me.

Not the best place to work for management reasons, the people are not exactly great either. the work is of course physically demanding and breaks short.

This agency had little work placements avaliable and communication response time between recruiter and employee was very slow. leaving you with unanswered concerns that you would like to address.

Nice environment on the work place and nice people who are working over there . Management also be good to solve the problems . Th leaders are very cooperative to solve the problems.  Thnku

it was a good place to work at for the beginning of a working career it's a nice place to get so work experience and learn about how the world works as well as the transportation industry
