However, work can be very stressful and hectic. It would be very hard to find work-life balance and most of the time you will be working over time. But that all depends on the project/team you will be in. Sometimes this is not the case.

Among IT consulting companies Virtusa is one of the best. Since its multi national company you find so many opportunities, but you have to seek them. I have been working with really good colleagues and projects I worked so far was really good for growth. Management and HR needs some improving but overall good. Initially salary was not competitive but based on your skills it can be negotiated. Overall good company to work.

Virtusa has a fast-paced work environment with plenty of learning opportunities. A typical day involves coding, problem-solving, and working with the team to meet project goals. The management is supportive, and the work culture is collaborative. Deadlines can be challenging at times, but the best part is getting to work with talented people and explore new technologies.










Account team will get opportunities and interviews. Once you start working in a specific project then moving to another seems impossible unless you quit or the client wants you out. Not sure if the HR policies are at par with other Canadian organizations.

A publicly listed company with a start up culture. All colleagues are highly experienced in their line of work and come together when needed. Approachable senior management.

It is a big company, difficult to get around and find for help. Good work place, however, you need to be very motivated and independent worker 
Reasonable salary, compare to today’s market

Work at client location.  At times client required OT hours that was difficult to get approval from Virtusa.   At client location it was a nice environment to work in and the people were exceptional.

-Completing recruitment for 3 banking projects in less than 2 months.

EXCELLENT place to learn new platform and move further. Good at technology and all Systems are upto date.The Team spirit is the key which help all the employee.
