The owners of this company create an extremely toxic work environment. The pay is on par for construction, but it comes at a cost, mainly your mental health. The company leadership is  built entirely on intimidation, leading to talented employees working elsewhere. This is a second generation company that won’t make it to the third. 

It was a good exsperance lots of work can change day to day people helpful office staff helpful and friendly check always on time bosses were decent and helpful equipment was fixed right drivers were helpful and unhelpful goid place to work .I left due to personal problems

The hours were long, and not ideal for a mother. But the crew is filled with so many different people that all have something different to offer. It didn't seem like there was much room for advancement, but so offered so much to learn every day.

Not flexible for anyone’s personal life, Get Zero free time cuz of the hrs n pay cheques come in super late almost every second payday n the pay is only alright.

Hours are long and the pay is below industry average. Not worth the toll the toxic work environment takes on your mental heath. Hard work and skill is not fairly compensated. Recent management change has caused a lot of long time employees to leave

Formans aren’t gonna teach you what you need to know in order to do your job, will not teach you how to run different equipment just excpect you to know, days are long, and the pay isn’t even worth waking up for in the morrning,

It is a tough place to work, low pay and long hours. There is a lack of communication for seasonal workers regarding layoffs. If they can improve communication, it would be a better environment.

Coming into a road construction job was difficult with no experience. But I learned some things over the years. I just wish I could have been trained more.

Hard work is not recognized. Health of workers is not considered. Unless you are the type of person who is willing to brown nose (there is a reason it's called that) you need not apply.

Horrible place to work, low wages and toxic work environment. If you want a construction job go look somewhere else. You will have absolutely no home life as the work private yime balance is way off
