Id recommend working for this company, I’d like to work for them again if I could.  With COVID 19 pandemic happening the work load was lighter than normal. By April 2020 there wasn’t enough work to support all the drivers so the company made a hard decision to layoff the most junior drivers.   

As stated above, not approachable to ask for help, belittling, short with staff, short temper, rude, and lots of passive aggression. It makes it very uncomfortable to work for, and thus employees find it difficult to improve because the management is hard to approach for help due to their attitude.

W.O. Stinson & Son is a family owned company. It is the first company that I have worked for that cared about who I am.  
The atmosphere is professional,  friendly and supportive. 

I had the best coworkers when I worked there which made for an enjoyable time, but the management was terribly inconsistent (different floor manager every couple months), and a lot of micromanagement from the higher management.

Family run business without a corporate vibe. Regular annual salary increases. The Stinson family are kind and generous. The benefits package is average. 

Great team ,Supportive management, chances to grow With continuous efforts. Stress free environment. Would recommend for sure. Its growing everyday. ☺️

Enjoyed my time at the gas station; positive atmosphere. Management could use improvement for a smoother work experience. Made some lifelong friends for sure.

If you do your job, communicate,  and be safe. It's perfect. It's a family run company,  every Stinson in the company professional and easy to talk to.

I enjoyed my time working here, work can be tedious and fast or slow depending on the time of the year, the technicians and managers are always there to assist
