If you're looking for a dead end job, that's NOT going anywhere and is beyond stressful, this is your job. Management was poor and actions were taken inappropriately in a rude manner. You're supposed to get two 15 min breaks and one 30 min lunch, but in reality you get rushed back before your break and lunch are both over, also if you don't reach a certain number in the order, your break gets pushed back. Warehouse has no A/C, rarely clean unless an auditor comes in then ull be rushed to clean. Machines are not dependable as they break down daily. Doesn't matter how much work or effort you put into that place it's never appreciated, also if you're not as fast as they want you to be, ull be fired. If you miss 1 day for being sick, ull be required to bring a dr note in even tho by law it's 2 days THEN dr note. Also if you can't stay Overtime ull be told you shouldn't be there. Here's my pros and cons of this horrible company. If this doesn't help you, im sure ull find out for yourself.

What I learned: new techniques on how to pack all types of products.

Management: Always put people where they're comfortable and can use their techniques to help make production faster and better.

Workplace culture: everyone is friendly.

The hardest part: when they have less people and you have to the job of two people.

most enjoyable: Breaks and lunch time. and all the great friends I made who I am still in touch with.

If you don't get sent home early, or told to take the day off, the work place is dull. The head of the warehouse has a temper, and has fired or forced out any of the good supervisors that  we're working here. 

This leads to a workplace culture of hostility, and fascism. Every little freedom slowly drained, as workers aren't even supposed to use the bathroom out side of breaks.

The days are long, and dull, and repetitive. Its boring and underpaid work.

The hiring agency they use are awful to deal with, and although they make it sound like full time work, its rare you get full time work.

Pleasant Environment, everyone work as a team to get work done. Friendly workers with a supervisor who look out for her workers well being but ensure that her work is productive at the end of the day. It give an opportunity to communicate with people of different culture. Hardest part is a few heavy lifting but manageable. The most enjoyable part is making the effort to get work done properly. Its serious but you have this joy within while doing the job. It was always a pleasure working there.

A typical day at work is not being at work but I have learned a lot as a packer, I have leaned to properly packer in a very organized manner and also I like re repetitive nature of the job. the work place culture is okay, we do the job.The hardest part of the job is doing the heavy lifting of the job. the most enjoyable part of the job is finishing to job and sending to the finished product to the costumer .

Worked for several months at WG and was so stressed out that quitting was my best option. Management not open to change and a working environment that will wear you down very quickly. The job will start out positive but slowly you realize it's not what they had told you during your interview. By all means give it a try but be warned the happy bubble will burst quickly.

The work is usually simple enough. But the hours provided are extremely unreliable. We're sent home as early as 12pm some days, and most other days we're told to stay home and wait for a phonecall to come back. These phonecalls can take a couple days or they can take weeks. Getting 40 hours a week is a rarity.

The hardest part of the job was stacking boxes and wrapping it, if you want to work here you have to be ready for working fast and efficient. This work place was overall hard, but was fun with a lot of kind people.
