You'll be doing very repetitive stuff as expected.  You'll learn to adapt and be efficient in order to keep up with the assembly line and conserve energy.  Machines may fail to operate correctly so spotting the source of any problems with the products is important to maintaining high productivity as well as minimize the mess to clean up afterwards.  Work is not very challenging after a while and it may become a bit dull, but the full time hours are there and if you can work hard and suppress your boredom for a full work day then why not?

Wing's Food Products is a privately-owned family business that caters a variety of foods that is  safe and in good quality.
At work, Wing's are productive, as well as complying the different food safety programs in correlation with the CFIA program. There is a good rapport among colleagues from inter-departments as well as intra-departments in the company, observing good communication despite being in a very diverse and multi-cultural environment, making it a good and happy workplace.

PM,Overhaul, Changeover, Setup, & Troubleshoot equipment.
Training of operators by demonstration.
Learned about process controls.
Working in a diverse workforce.
Attainment of Quality and Output was the most enjoyable
Hardest part of the job was probably communication in a foreign language. Steps were taken to have bi-lingual supervisor and having workers who were bi-lingual.

Need Structure!!! Management has no clue what goes on. Need to have proper SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) in place.  Vice Present of Sales is very loud and obnoxious. Not good benefit no dental or eyes covered 80% for prescription.
Very cheap company do pot luck for Christmas party. No bonus,  . fast turn over for staff and management. H.R. has no clue what they are doing.   Be careful how you eat their products.

One of the worst on the job experiences of my life. Terrible treatment of employees and the way they talk to people there is awful. Production staff get no breaks and they have to stand in same spot for 4.5 hours. I would never recommend this company. Terrible working environment.

A severe lack of guidance from management. They continue to foster an environment of little to no training and unsafe work practices.
Sanitation staff have no direction and managers blame contaminated products on anything but their own sanitation procedures.
High turnover rate.

I worked for more than 3 years in this company and co workers are great people, Amazing people to work with. but I can say poor management and hr are not cooperative when employee need them and less care for employee and minimum wage

Is an environment that is very good to learn about the operations and all the manufacture practices. The company is fast pace and there are not many instructions in writing and use the memory of the people more than she suppose with

In this job I was a line technician, working at the packing position, and the responsible person for GMP during the nightshifts. I developed problem solving abilities

The hours suck the supervisor is an  (@) yell at the co workers like slaves the business is over populated with staff the waste to much items which can be donanted and the work conditions is horrible.
