Long days, some short, but very good work environment. I learned new safety procedures and new skills about some heavy equipment. The co-workers and very respective people, willing to help you succeed if your struggling. Work was a happy place to be. Hardest part of this job was having to operate more then one equipment in a day due to short staff and trying to keep up so can be done the job before the deadline. The most enjoyable part working for this company was meeting new people and have very good people to work for and work with.

Waiward Construction, is a great company to work for in the amount of diverse types of construction they are equipped todo. They are a very friendly crew to work with and they have high standards of quality of work. Their equipment is well taken care of and the instruction given is clearly communicated. The company takes pride in getting the right tools for the project and accommodates their workers well. The best thing about the company is being able to be a part of many aspects of construction all over the city of Edmonton

Unplanned and stressful 
Equipment is older than dirt 
Lowest hr pieces of equipment are in the 20000 hr

I'm a hard worker at that proper pace with large attention to doing the job safe and correct.
Single many years with no family close or left .
Quite life style for 8 years giving all to work .

Shut down duties So I was up in the air most of the time welding or near ground, so my interaction was minimal during the day, but the environment wasn't bad and people where usually chill and not loudly

I will like to learn new skills in life as I work it would. Motive me as working and to learn new skills iam hard working and good Attendee I learn alots with Waiward. Construction  the are great people 

Was hired and told I'd be making 32-36 an hour, when I showed up for work I was told I was only making 26, the same wage I was making at my old job. Worst company I've ever worked for, hands down

Working at waiward had good and bad points. But it can be a very positive place to work. You will enjoy working here if you can fit in with the people already here. Overall experience it is a good place to work.

Good company. Slack on safety.  Good hours and wages. Mostly old equipment. Poor management of the crews. A lot of favouritism.  Too many labourers trying to run the company.

start the day but warm ing  up all the equipment, chat about what has to be done for the day, everyone works together to complete out day safely and in an efficiently
