I start my day with planning my activities, build my tasks around priority levels that I assign to them.
I have gained a very vast knowledge of the business from putting in the time, as well as very good management that is willing to share their experiences and opinions on situations that may arise.  Management has an open door policy and always able to approach when needed.
The people I work with here are like family, the culture of Weaver Group, along with co workers  make Weaver a GREAT place to work.  




Company doesn’t care about their people. Super clicky in the office which causes a conflict of interest in the departments. Toxic office environment and supervision gang up together and pick on the employees. The company has people in roles that are very incompetent and only have their jobs because of who they know. Very unprofessional and a toxic work environment. They screw around their employees when they don’t get their way. Overworked and underpaid. Company also doesn’t offer any of their employees a benefit plan. The worst company I have ever worked for. Highly do not recommend.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The paycheque… one of the very worst places I’ve ever worked… not at all employee friendly.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being berated & pushed all day in 32 Celsius … got heatstroke by 230pm & was hustled off home with my day docked an hour.

Unpleasant would be the nicest way to say it.

It was close to home and still got paid LOA

The management. Foremans attack people onsite. Rampant alcoholism and drug abuse

Toxic. Very tight knit clic of knuckledraggers

I enjoy working for Weaver. Have been here for 4 seasons so far and will stay with the company as long as they keep me working. Equipment is decent. Office team is good to work with. Not the highest paying company but not lowest paying either. I'd rather have steady work at a lower rate than a higher rate and sitting for long periods. 

Some great people at weaver, too bad the people who run the shop are whack, expect you to constantly break the law hauling trailer with no lights, hardly ever have the man power or gear you need. Not too mention everyone in the grande.praire shop really needs a reality check, talking down and straight up being rude to people who are new and don't know

Couldn't ask for better to be honest . Everyone was great

Below average pay, no insurance, no coverage at all

Organized mess, because they are privately owned they figure they can treat people like dogs

Cowboy club do not follow any safety procedures

Fun place to work.  Good people.  just a lot of hours but that's the oilfield live with it.  The equipment is always up to date and ready to go..  They sometimes have hot lunches.  I really enjoyed my time there and would go back in a second.

Weaver Group is a fair place to work, you can work plenty of hours and do ell here if you come to work and don't miss shifts
They have a good workplace culture.
the hard part of the job is some times the weather is cold
the best part is Good people to work with
