-ceo works on site and has peculiar office rules ie. no starbucks allowed in the office even though it's in the lobby of the office building, no fast food lunches allowed in office, no one is allowed to cross the bridge on the 5th floor office unless told to do so, walk lightly when wearing heels if ceo is on the 6th floor 
-ceo yells at staff in front of colleagues
-extremely unfair pay: they will keep you onboard and offer higher salaries to new hires to do the same job and expect you to train the new hires
-very cliquey teams especially when they're favorited by the ceo and the ceo's kids who also work at the office
-NO overtime pay
-NO HR- lots of conflict and confusion with who to report personal work matters and wage requests to. COO is against having proper HR so she can retain all the decision making power
-COO has negative responses to salary increase requests and it is highly discouraged to ask for a raise
-EXTREMELY POOR extended benefits 
-lots of gossip, harassment rumors, favoritism, nepotism, and little trust between colleagues

This is a job for a creator, an entrepreneur and self-starter; if you relish in challenges that solve big problems and being with a passionate group of people that are along the same journey then you may find purpose and meaningful connections here! 

The only good thing I can say about this place is the pay. If you're an introvert forget about working here, it's a high school mentality all around(lots of gossip, especially amongst women) and "figure it out on your own" training. Not a place you can be yourself, as everyone is usually stressed out by deadlines and workload and if you have any kind of a different personality youll probably be seen and named as "weird". Barely anyone even says hi to each other in passing, especially those in higher positions. Cubicle type setting where you can hear a pin drop so whatever you say is heard by everyone. When you ask for help, you receive passive aggressive comments and no support at all(this goes for other departments as well from what ive heard). High turnover rate. The company will welcome you with "everyone here is so nice" but if you aren't exactly like the rest, you'll have a tough time here. Wouldn't say it's worth it.

At Westbank, you are given a platform to think independently and develop new skills. Everyone is really hands on, from the CEO to the admin coordinators, so there are lots of opportunity to learn and grow your role. It's a tight-knit company culture and there's no hierarchy within the company.

Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Working at Westbank is intense, demanding, and exciting.  It's a very fast-paced environment where you are given ability to make decisions to support the pace of the operations.
