What is the best part of working at the company?
Was a good job fast paced which I liked. The pay is awesome when fulltime and the bosses where more then fair. Overall good place to work

That you couldn't start fulltime it was only part-time to start

From what I remember is was great everyone got along with each other

I was a bread wrapper so I used to cut and packaged bread all afternoon

The people and the environment  in there is what made me wanna stay, management was amazing and the work was very repetitive( as expected) but easy and was an over all a fun experience l would recommend to other people to come an join the team if you enjoy factory work or are looking for a first job like I was

Your crew is your family. Not management, but the crew.

Management does not respect their employees, nor do they value your safety.

Hot and fast paced environment.

Make bread, bake bread, package bread and load it into trucks.

This company offers four weeks of training, yet expects you to catch on immediately. 95% of all employees are Filipino and constantly speak their language in front of you, they yell at you if you are not going fast enough. They belittle you and laugh at your mistakes. The company expects you to work overtime and if you don’t they will let you go!


I was doing shipping and was really enjoying it. One of the guys I was working with was pretty rude but working an 8 hour shift their felt like it was 3 hours. Pros for working at Weston’s through the people store are brakes are long, work is busy so long shifts feel short, holiday pay. Cons are no benefits, pay was 14.50 while other made $18.50, some rude employees make you feel bad, a lot of old people.

I mean, it's a perfectly acceptable job if you don't mind ending your shift at 4am just to start your shift at 4am the next day. Definitely for those "slam your head against the wall until you crumble" types.

Good place to work. Respectful people. For most areas, a good work/life balance. Leaders seem to really care about their people. The work is challenging - it's what you make it. Lots of opportunity to make an impact in a company that really wants to provide the best service to its customers.

This company is corrupt, I did not recommending working here. You are treated like a slave. They do not follow legal procedures, especially in the summer. Someone is going to end up dying from heat stroke. It gets way too hot in the summer and only certain employees receive portable air conditioners.

I found that dealing with the heat in the summer you get used to, pay was okay, the 4 day work week left 3 days off which was actually pretty amazing.. overall i would go back in a heart beat if it wasn't for my personal medical issues preventing me working there.. great co workers as well.

dealing with the heat i thought was a hard adjustment 
seeing the finished product was very enjoyable
