Great staff events and community. Work life balance is encouraged, can have fun and ski on work days and feel rewarded. Great returning staff crew

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lots of maintenance and sometimes lots of tasks depending on department, rewarding but some busy resort days

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Solid community and kind crew of staff!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get up to resort bright and early, set up outdoor maze and lifts (lift ops) set up before guests come for first chair. Shovelling, chairs, maintenance

-HORRIBLE tips
-bad scheduling
-AMAZING team/coworkers, very fun at work, no thanks to management 
I would never work here again and would strongly discourage others from working here. Met amazing people but not worth it. Work in town and go to Mikes, you’ll meet them all there. 

but they don’t value long term workers as well as they should. Some benefits but not much. Communication is a bit all over the place depending on your department.

Good place to work. But getting there in the winter which sucks. There is a shuttle. No cellphone service. You meets lots of people, and there is a ton of things to do there. 

You will work with awesome, experienced and dedicated people. Turnover rate is high due to extremely low wages which are far below a liveable wage. Until employees are paid a wage a professional deserves they will have a hard time retaining anyone.

I would never go back as the pay is appalling, not even close to being enough to get you through. You will be using your savings to live a normal life. That being said, the people in this part of the world make up for it. 


Working in the kitchen is often disorganized as they don’t train you they just let you figure it out on your own after having a dry run. The chef wasn’t around much and when he was he was spilling or falling

I loved working here with all my friends. I had a very relaxed job as a free ride ski team coach and it was humbling. Watching all the kids on the team grow as skiers and helping them improve was awesome!

Incredible pow, incredible people, incredible mountain - it's a ski hill that feels like a big family and that, a free season pass and minimum wage is enough for me!

Everyone chips in to get things done! Management listens to everyone for feedback. Miss the team and wish I was still there some days. Bonus pts for the best skiing as well!
