My interactions with staff were mostly pleasant, but I waited 6 months for them to get me in as an assembler through one company. I left another position for it, only to find out that certain details I was misinformed on for the position. Due to that, I was suddenly informed without any warning signs i was being let go after 2 weeks, and I have yet to hear again from Winters Technical Staffing.

Winters allows you to work independently to get the job done. They do not micromanage. 
If you have any questions and/or need guidance they are quick to respond and offer full support.
Work environment is positive, friendly and supportive with a great team culture.

Great experience, I learned lots of skills that I'll use the rest of my life. Reasonable pay as long as you're putting in the effort. The hiring team was pleasant and helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern I could count on them to help me out.

Worked for them only for a short period and it is not a bad place to work. Minimum wages and commission as the job was "Targeted Sale" and so was a high pressure job.

Very reliable staffing agency and has jobs all over canada. 
The staff are very friendly and professional.
I would recommend this company to any style of work.
