This company is a perfect example of a pyramid scheme company. Only the CEO, VP and managers earn well. The rest of the employees are overworked and earn next to nothing. Only people who have been here for years have a permanent job yet are still paid hourly, hardly anyone is salaried apart from the leadership team. For anyone else it's either a short term contract or a contract that will never end. The amount of work does not justify the pay, as it is bare minimum. Since there are people who have worked here for years there are cliques and they will make you feel left out, which is neither mature or professional. 

The only good thing I have to say is that the industry and the type of work the company does is interesting. Also, the CEO will always make you feel valued no matter what your position. Both CEO and VP always find the time to say "hello" to their employees, which is always nice.

A typical day would include a variety of duties from Aviation medicals to drug screening. Different protocols for different employment positions. Dailly performing ECG's, audio, vision, back and/or wrist, PFT's, drug, urine and bloods testings. Seeing different people every day was interesting. The job itself was not hard, just very demanding. Bookings were made at the same time and appointments were always overlapping, keeping clients waiting far too long. The time I spent with each client was anywhere from 15-45min or longer depending on what was needed for their pre-employment medical, and between clients I am constantly performing breath alcohol and uring drug screenings either job random selection or post accident. Although every day was quite overwhelming at its moments I always managed to complete all tests required by working through lunch and breaks.

A typical is just silent, only 4 people in office and mostly 1 or 2 is off, and no one even say hi or hello (no good mornings or good bye). 

I learned there to be on my own as there was no template for tasks to follow, LOL 

No management system and managers keep changing as no one can handle non policy company and they leave with no notice. 

There is no work culture. No communication, no events, no gatherings but yes just one Christmas lunch is offered every year. 

Hardest part is there is no one to hear you and your concerns. Best fact is there is no HR, only one CFO handles every management. Hence he doesn’t have a time for every employee obviously. 

For this poor company, there is unfortunately no perks to enjoy. Even they hire sales associates at minimum pay and NO commission 😝 what else I can say here. 

The worst company to work for is located in Canada. Thanks to Workplace Medical, I had converted and on-boarded multiple clients like MNCs. They paid me to work as a customer service representative when I joined but eventually transferred me to Sales role without an offer letter or compensation in terms of Commission. 


They said they will start paying me Commission in October once the decision is made by the management. The management is so nice that they would do anything except hearing out employee needs and requests. The “Customer Service Representative” role is a scam. They would force you to make sales even though your title says Customer Service Representative. I would request everyone who are applying to stay away!

I really enjoyed this place, the people were friendly to work with and everyday was something different. I really enjoyed shadowing the drug tests and even had the oppertunity to see a "failed" test. There was a complete different computer program then OHIP billing and once i caught on it was actually pretty neat.

I and many others worked there for 3 years through the pandemic.  Watching the company making money hand over fist.  Almost no one got a raise or a pay increase in the entire time. 

Sales did fantastic, but not one other person got a pay increase during that time. 

People were leaving on a weekly basis by the end. 

It's too bad, as they have the potential to be a fantastic place to work. 

This place is a nice place to work as a starting point however is definitely not a place for career growth. Some entry level employees have been working there for 5-10 years so that tells you a little about the growth trajectory. 

Also a notable clique culture present. Some of the older employees look down on now staff so there is a high turn over for new staff. 

I really enjoyed working at this place even though it can be very challenging. the work duties are very reasonable. al tot of learning on this job. The staffs are great.

Wonderful time. Meeting new people. Management is wonderful. Responds quickly. Workplace environment is very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyable part of the job is teaching different people
