Personal issues with a supervisor in gp office and he tried anyway possible to screw me but ..I know what I'm doing and in the end even after he layed me off due to shortage of work at busiest time of year,   ;) because he couldn't find reason to fire me, and he tried everything like saying my tickets were fake or I'm not experienced and turns out he can't even operate excavator.....lol
he short me thousands upon thousands on pay but I with a few fights got most of what was owed....to bad too I like company and owners but one personal issue with a person who just didn't like me cost company and myself more than what's it worth...but when you marry into the company  and your a dishonest person ..it's to be expected

Days and Nights rotation - 20 days camp 10 days out

I learned how to operate a frontend loader and backhoe,  implement different attachments, and time management became a skill 

Management was lacking

Co-workers were generally good to work with

Hardest part of my job was being given to many tasks that needed to be completed in a short period of time. Maintenance on equipment difficult to attain with few tools and supplies

Most enjoyable part of the job was learning new skills, completing tasks efficiently as requested, when things ran smoothly, and working with co-workers

Been with this company for years, they do not care about their employees at all. They have people and  managers  that should not be in  their positions...any one who has been working for them for a while can see how down hill this company has gone.. do yourself a  favour and go to a  different company there are lots of them with better  equipment better wages better benefits and a lot more support from management

As I am new with Wrangler - I haven't been around long enough to get any of the long term jobs.  The rate of pay is good but the hours are not regular - there's no guarantee of steady employment.
Quite often since July 2017, the ground has been too soft to put the drill rig in. So I end up sitting around a lot, waiting for a call to go to work.

I worked there six years and they tossed me aside like a piece of garbage. If you’re one of the high paid guys they will work the lower paid guys first. They will put you in camp then not let you leave. The only good part about it was the pay and the safety program

Learned different oilfield processes and fine tuned my operating experiences.
Great training available for new operators, great compensation for experienced operators

generally a great work place. my manager was great and always easy to talk to. was a good teacher and made my job that much more fun. systems and processes were easy to follow.

20 and 10 work schedule pretty decent pay if you're a single guy looking for a lot of work Wrangler seems to have a hold on the industry at the moment

Good company to work for over the years, always paid what was earned on time. Great office staff and field support when needed. Kept people going even through tough times. 

work is in a camp or on site. you may be required to supply and cook your own food. you will require many safety tickets. drug and acholic testing is mandatory
