I was employed at Z-lite for three years and over all it is a very good company to work for. That is not to say there have not been challenges along the way. This is a relatively young company that is growing very fast and there has been some growing pains as Owners and Management have had to adjust to the rapidly increasing demand and changing times. The owners are very involved in the day to day proceedings and are constantly working on ways to make every aspect of the job more efficient. If you work hard you will see consistent raises as well as an opportunity to grow and learn new skills within the company. In the end I left knowing that my work was valued and if you are not afraid of a little hard work I would definitely recommend Z-Lite. 

A typical day at Z-lite was for me, answering customer calls, inquiries and problem solving.
My responsibilities included data entry for orders and credits, invoicing, answering emails, faxing, filing and photo copying.

At Z-lite I learned that the harder you work the better the rewards, the most enjoyable part of my position at Z-lite would have to be pleasing customers, nothing makes you feel better then someone who is happy to speak with you and remembers you by first name because you have helped them in the past!

Adept at maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Documented success in ensuring that products that need to ship are properly labeled so that they can be delegated to the correct courier.
Carefully inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies in quantities and documenting and reporting inconsistencies.
Adept at sorting , counting, packaging, labeling, unpacking and logging inventory of shipped and received items.

I really enjoyed my time working here, I would still be employed had I not relocated. They really make you feel like family - both ups and downs - like ANY work place. I started in Customer Service, and was asked to then move into the Shipper position - which i absolutely loved. Very fast paced, can be stressful - but everyone knows their roll and we all work as a team at the end of the day.

I really enjoy working for Z-Lite! Their training approach for office staff means that I've learned a little bit of everything, and no two days are the same. The owners expect everyone to do their job well, but hard work is rewarded, and help is always available if we need it. 

They job is easy but the General Manger and Second Manager play favoritism and cannot take someone standing up for themselves.
They hire people that have no ambition to work and let the hard workers and dedicated works go.

This is a good company to work for, but is very busy and requires more employees in certain roles.The company is working on this though.

heavily favouritism inspired Awful sweat lodge if you don’t love the managers , absolutely no safety standards or practices and everyone is high all the time plus all the good workers get let go because they get sick of the lazy people, managers will scream at you but give you pizza once every three months 

When I started here the company was growing slowly, by the time that my job was replaced they were a very busy company.

Some of the managers within the company could have used a bit more training, I didn't learn a whole lot within the time frame I worked here.

I spent two years with Z-Lite. I had planned on retiring there, but the economy forced me to move on. Great people. Family oriented. I'm going to miss everyone. Thanks for the good times Z-Lite.
