Full package - combined into one - This place is similar to a day care centre and a place where management contradictions, turning a blind eye with a touch of backstabbing is at its finest. (Hence the high turnover rate) Thought I’ve seen it all before but this place takes the cake. 

Their policies & procedures are a front -even though detailed information is stated in their employee welcome package, it is totally and utterly pointless/useless - nothing stated applies or sticks

The selective vision, selective hearing and selective decision making from management is classic. The owners need to open their eyes and realize why the turn over rate is so high at this establishment. 
It’s not the employees that are the problem, it’s management. They have no clue how to “manage” situations so they hire people to throw under the bus in lieu as a diversion to save their own hide from their incompetence. 

Their help wanted ad states “We are looking for people who want to make a difference!” 

Reality check - They don’t want someone to make a difference, because the minute they see that you are smarter than them, their job is jeopardized. They will try to push you out the door before you can replace them. It’s just that simple to comprehend. Demeaning & belittling whoever they can to make themselves look good by attempting to act all professional. 

Overall this is a business of “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know” that will secure your job, regardless how lazy someone is. 

Highly recommend looking for employment elsewhere. Where you’ll probably be appreciated/respected more…..& for the same pay. 

Working as a CSR for Zenetec has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I was welcomed into a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone is committed to helping each other succeed. The management team is approachable, understanding and always open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling heard and valued. The shop operates in a fast-paced environment which keeps every day interesting and engaging. It’s a place where you are constantly learning-whether it’s through hands on experience or the ongoing training sessions provided to help sharpen your skills and keep up with industry standards. There is also real opportunity for growth within the company. Hard work and dedication are recognized here , and I have seen many coworkers including myself advance into higher roles. If you are looking for a place to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive setting, I highly recommend joining the team at Zenetec

Zenetec is hands down the best company I have worked for thus far! The team environment I work in everyday makes coming to work that much easier and uplifting! From the owner to the managers all the way to the employees, everyone is absolutely amazing. Zenetec has taught me a lot about cars in general (which is always good knowledge to have), taught me a lot of computer knowledge which is also used in every day life, as well as how to be the best team player I can be! There are always going to be challenges in every work place, but at least with Zenetec we all work as a team to find a solution and act upon it. I would 100% recommend joining the Zenetec crew! 

Working at Zenetec Barrie was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is the management. Leadership is unorganized, unprofessional, and often shows favoritism. Communication is poor, expectations are unclear, and instead of supporting staff, management tends to micromanage or shift blame when problems come up. It creates a toxic and stressful environment where employees feel undervalued and ignored. There’s little opportunity for growth or recognition, and morale among staff is very low. If you’re looking for a positive workplace with respectful management, this is not the place.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The team you work with is a fantastic bunch of people. You know the ones that do the work and make the company what it is. Some of the Management there is not great. Too many good people are being let go,

Rules depend on who you are. Felt good in the beginning, but now realize they don't care about you. Who will be next, just waiting for the tap!

Working at Zenetec has truly been a joy, and I can't help but give it a glowing five-star review. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, with everyone genuinely friendly and supportive. The emphasis on work-life balance is a game-changer, creating a space where we can thrive both personally and professionally. I'm grateful for the positive vibes and the continuous opportunities to grow at Zenetec.

Some people are ok management however is not great

They pile more and more work on you with no help and the pay stays the same. Very little training

Toxic. Everyone talks behind your back including management

From the very beginning I felt very welcomed and accommodated in joining the team at Zenetec. They supply many opportunities in learning the trade and gaining experience. All of the team gets along very well, to the point where it feels like a big family. Zenetec also invested into me by paying for my schooling to help me achieve getting my license and even more experience. I can't reccomend working here  any more!

Just sit around and watch cameras all day as cars pass through, walk around and squeegee the floors every so often. Assistant manager is not very nice to certain non favourite employees, HR will write up people for being 1 minute late clocking in from lunch. 

Owners are very nice people as well as CSR’s and appraisalists

I have been employed at Zenetec for 5 years now, and in that time I have seen the company grow to 4 + locations. The management team are very focused on both company growth and employee growth. They have career paths laid out for us to follow so we can truly reach our fullest potential.
