Not honest, advertise and claimed in interview 3-4 in and 3-4 days out. $ days when busy. It's more likely 5-6 on many occasions. It's long days of physical and filthy work with pig waste. The pressure to perform to keep your job. Company is a revolving door because shady when to not paying properly like pay only 1-way travel first 3mos, hours you spent meeting at office loading not paid until you get on the road and it's by distance time, not road situation. Overtime they bank them without your approval and they don't show you balance YTD on that on your cheque.  So no way of knowing if they credit you the correct amount.  Keep track of your hours. Overtime is only anything over 50 hours.  They have the tendency to try not to people for their last work period.  They penalize you $ 100 for stuff like dirtying their truck and forgetting to wear your PPE, which is against labour standards law. PPE you pretty much have to supply your own.  Healthy safety is next to none, like having several generator welders going in one room with no ventilation or respirator and people were getting headaches and sick.  Lots of false promises and going back on their words. Just here now till find something better.

I have been working at this company for many years now and have always felt included by my coworkers. The diversity at the job place is also great and while it is sometimes hard to communicate when not speaking the same language, everyone always tries to find a way to communicate.

The company also has many events and vacation days to give their employees the ability to bond and get to know each other better. Making the job so much more enjoyable because you can build friendships and relationships that last beyond the scope of the Job.

The management team is very understandable and helpful when you need some time off or if there any other concerns that you have as well as if you have some advice and problems concerning your job.

Overall great. I have been with the company for several years. Lots of opportunity to grow with the company, I am given lots of room to share new ideas and learn new things. Pay raises occur yearly or when promoted. Amazing team, good dynamic at work. Management is super helpful and always making changes to improve work environment and employment satisfaction. 

So far the company plans 2-4 events or outings in a year. They include active as well as some laid back outings. Benefits and support at A2 is good, makes you feel valued!

Large turn over numbers. Not happy with company, and management. traveled to here for work, was told an apartment would be waiting when I got there it was no more then a few back rooms and a washroom nothing was hooked up or ready I spent a week with no stove or way to cook, no windows. was then told he expected cash up front. Would not recommend based solely on his consideration for an employee he reached out to with a position

I have been working for A2 Ventures for a number of years. As always in life. There are ups and downs. But as an adult you can deal with it. A2 takes care of its employees as if it were its own family. You are not just a number, you are an employee who is seen and appreciated. Even in personal situations, A2 is always ready to lend a helping hand. There is always work. All in all a very good company for a long-term job

You work long hours, not properly scheduled. If you work out of town ,don't expect good meal or vip hotels . It's always just work and work . No fun. The owner can boss painful to work with. They all including workers ,owners speak German all time. If you say you dont under stand there English they start speaking in German again.

And if you want overtime you can do as money you like

longer days when others don't do their job makes it very hard on others  patching cement work.  Drive approximately 1/2 hr to hog barn anything over 45 minutes paid travel time.

Breaking labours law all the time. Work 7 hrs or 8 hrs until your lunch break 1/2 hr. 12-- 16 hrs days. Need to understand German After 3 months get raise that's. I thought no a year for that. Find another job on Indeed.

Sure lovely strong talented workers, down side is, they always speak German and Russian language amongst themselves and it sucks,poor wages,boring long unpaid hours( banked hour they call your over time) it's a no no for me.
