BEBE is a fast-paced retail store that sells women's apparel and accessories. The well-reputated clothing company sells women's apparel for the modern and sophisticated women. There are consistent customer traffic and purchases throughout the day. BEBE requires professional and and experienced employees which I've had the opportunity to work with. The company's management consists of professional individuals who provide excellent management and leadership skills. I am also pleased to work with friendly co-workers that is core to both personal and the company's success. BEBE allows to me apply skills : customer service, sales, and money management.

At my store, we were always short on people, so the hours (on-call shifts) could be kind of demanding, but it's all about the people you work with. I have 3 amazing managers, and generally it's only one stylist working at a time. Commission is as good as you make it; in one pay period, you can easily earn a few hundred dollars in addition to your hourly pay. I will say, they don't really give raises, but they're not going to fire you either. As long as you have a good store manager, it's a fun job. I don't feel pressured to dress a certain way, you just have to smile a lot and greet everyone that comes into your zone. Also, excellent clothes, so....

A typical day at work is quite busy and stressful during noon rushes. Working downtown makes it no easier and upper management and clients expect high standards of customer service. Coworkers are very competitive, making the environment sometimes uncomfortable or stressful when not achieving your numbers. The most enjoyable part is that at the end of the day, we are a family and colleagues are reliable when you need a support system or assistance.

Throughout my career at Bebe, one thing was evident. The managers did a great job at ensuring a collective team effort and balance of power by encouraging the entire team through various challenges so as to provide uninterrupted top quality services to high end clientele.

I was there as a seasonal worker, aiding customers in purchases, cleaning the storefront, and keeping a constant look out for loss prevention. Management was a bit rude sometimes and the overall employee environment had their own cliques. All North American stores are now closed down, however.

With the company for 6 years,unfortunately was very difficult to grow within. Not much focus in the Canadian market.
And worked with very low payroll.

I enjoy working at Bebe my experience has been great and I enjoy working with all the Staff my day consists of inventory and assisting customers with their needs.

there was a lot of fun , and it was not tedious , excellent management and very respectful . Im very happy to have a job experience there . It was a good motivation to work because they rewarded for better work.

working here was fun and made life long friends sometimes management was overwhelming but the team was overall nice and it was a good part time job...
