I regret to say that my experience at Bluvec Technology has been nothing short of disappointing. The company's complete disregard for work-life balance is truly disheartening. From day one, it was evident that the management's focus solely lies on squeezing every ounce of productivity out of their employees, regardless of the toll it takes on their well-being.

I am absolutely thrilled to be a member of Bluvec, where innovation and business development drive our every endeavor. The hybrid work model harmonizes collaboration with flexibility, while the nurturing environment and career growth opportunities inspire me to envision a meaningful future within the organization.

The company misuses staff in a different way. I have with their technical team and honestly, I can say it was like a nightmare. Every day is like hot bath with tones of drama. Very poor leadership with Asian mindset. In this company leadership mindset there is no different between machine and human. 

The boss fully trusts all employees and provides super cozy environment, accepting suggestive improvement opinions from employees.  Employees working here can breathe an air of freedom while being encouraged to be creative and excel their capability and innovation.

Overall, my experience at Bluvec has been enriched by the incredible teamwork demonstrated across all levels of the organization. 

It's a testament to the company's commitment to fostering a collaborative culture where success is truly a team effort.

There are some really smart people there. Their technologies are great, and they really working hard to it. At the same time, you need to be smart enough to catch up. Even I left the company, I still believe bluvec will success!
