after 10 years with them the family that I have made is awesome.. we are closer that most of my personal family... on the job there is always something new.. as the old saying said " if you don't learn something new today you were not trying hard enough" when  working 24 days on and 4 days off for 6+ months it separates the men from the boys...

Family run business, awesome place to to work, Hands down one of the best places i have worked at. The boss's are great, they're upfront with the jobs, willing to answer any question asked. They make you feel like part of the company/ part of the challand family form day one.

Great company, good people. Work is exclusively done in Alberta. Family owned business that values it's employees and knows how to take care of them. Management is excellent.

Would recommend them to anyone, was the best place i have ever worked! From the people to the jobs, everything is great in challand land.

Good outfit if you know what you are doing professionally speaking, lots of overtime ,but clicky employees. Equipment in decent shape excavators especially side booms rough but work!

Usually busy however summers can be a bit slow, there is a lot of work away from home people should know about.

Contracted for work I would do any and all welding; structural, pipeline, fabrication and shop. A very great place to work always well managed and diligent in work performance.

Fast paced pipeline outfit good pay but have no time off as a driver pay is according but the communication is short if u like to work hard and go hard this will be the place for you

They already have their regular guys so when the ax falls you'll be one of the first to go. And their regular guys will sluff all the crappyy work off on you.

Awesome group of guys and great management,If your one of there core guys they will keep you busy for most of the year, Had a great experience working for them
