i love people and i love to help in any way what i learned in this job is that you have to be very warm harted because our elderly need love and soport and a lot of understanding and dont forget that there people. a typical day would be asking them what would they love me to cook for them and drink coffee with them and ask them how there day well be the hardest part of the job is when you bound and then you hear that they have past away it is hard.the more injoyable part of the job is when you see a big smile and they ask to keep them company .my co workers were very nice people to work with.management was keep tighty the home and cook and clean and keep company. .

MY DAY AT WORK IS GREAT AND I ENJOY MWORKING WITH PEOPLE AND MY CO-WORKERS ARE GREAT PEOPLE ALSO AND WE GET ALONE GOOD AND WE ENJOY WORKING TOGETHER..I LEARN THAT EACH DAY THE ELDER PEOPLE NEED MORE AND MORE CARE THAT PEOPLE CAN GIVE THEM DUE TO BUDGET CUTS EVERY WHERE, I LOVE TO SEE THE PEOPLE ARRIVING FOR THERE DAY AT THE CENTER AND THE HARDEST PART FOR ME IS WHEN MY DAY IS DONE FOR I WISH I COULD DO MORE , BUT THATS LIFE ...WE CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH ..

My job was to receive the patients and enter their informations on the computer before the get the shot. I needed to verify if it was the first time for the shot or if they had any allergies at any medications. 
I learned how to behave in a medical environment and how to welcome patients and their families.
I loved the job in every way can't complain about it.

All days are typical days for me

Call centre environment. You make cold calls, calling households to try and get to take surveys, can often get yelled at by people. Cant guarantee hours, you only get hours if your good and if the have projects, if they don't have projects well, there won't be many hours to give out.

The hardest part of the job would be to lift and to move around the kids. Split shifts is hard as well, since i start at 6am finish at 9am for the first shift, then for the second i do 4-8:30pm. I do 2hours of travelling per day for work.

This was a pleasant job. I got the chance to meet lots of new people and help them complete various tasks during the day.  I really like the fact that my day was filled with human interactions but i feel like i'd much prefer a job in retail.

I didn’t work in the company I worked with elderly people under the company and I always Like very much working with elderly people, that’s my favourite job because I like helping people and care about them naturally I have a  lot patient with this kind of job

I enjoy good work environment.  I would love to work from home . I look forward to this sort of work experience.  I'm a very enthusiastic person and enjoy interacting with people. I'm a great problem solver. I enjoy problem solving and making people happy.

Good team approach atmosphere, but like any public system job more and more is required from the employee.  hours are somewhat flexible depending on the department
