This is a company that micromanages it's sales team and all their employees. They do not understand the concept of a sales centric organisation. They are dishonest and lie about your eligible commissions. 

They are antiquated and create a culture of fear and mistrust. 

As a sales rep you will not get a laptop, you will be required to punch a time clock. if you are not at the office fighting to get a sales through or a prospect through they then allow another sales rep to take your sales. 

They discourage collaboration and forbid the account managers to speak to business development,

This is a great place to work if you want to be told what to do all the time and enjoy a really old school way of doing things. Definitely not recommended for creative types or young millennials and centennials unless they completely change their management structure and office culture, which is severely outdated and bordering on incompetent.

Typically work from 8am to 4:30pm with an hour (unpaid) Lunch
Management is friendly but there are issues with reporting and micro-management which leads to issues with timely turn-around for clients
Workplace culture is great as there is a kitchen with breads and cheeses for all to enjoy
Hardest part would be getting past internal limitations for reporting and growth
Most enjoyable are the people working at the company as everyone is friendly an easy to get along with

In this office setting a typical day at work consisted of sorting our clients shipment information and storing for their file. CADEX/ACROSS transmitting, monitoring acceptance and advising carriers OK to cross the border. I was also very involved with all clients, communicating regarding any administrative changes, billing, collections, addressing client concerns and maintaining client profiles.

A typical day at work consisted of making calls to generate interest in the companies services while also obtaining information about the Customs Solutions market. The day might also include a meeting with some or all of the sales team to review strategies and brainstorm how to improve upon them.

The management at eCustoms is very supportive. They acknowledge your strengths, and are willing to do all in their power to assist when you're having difficulties.

During the time I was employed with MSR/Ecustoms I was exposed to many aspects of their business operations, ranging from data entry, invoicing, client/account managing in an extremely fast paced environment.  I pride myself on being a team player and always look forward to a challenge.

Great company to work for.  

Good money, great people, great product, lots of opportunities.  Real longevity among senior staff.  Good training. Great collateral material.  Responsive management.

Worst management team I've ever worked for. Regular micro-management and unproductive meetings. After 2 years of hard work and trying to make a difference, I was offered a $0.25/hr raise... I don't suggest working for MSR/Ecustoms

Small company with poor onboarding of new hires, little guidance and structure. Not too many trustworthy co-workers and pay was extremely low. Work was not challenging.

Just a regular position. Decent Pay, poor training.. good people. Close to transit and major highways.
