In the 2 years I worked there it was always changing. A real mess, the bosses in charge of the departments are either never there, don't know anything about the job you do or just don't care about you. Needs of the company before anything else. The supervisors just treat you like you're worth nothing. They laugh at your face and yell at you like you're a kid in primary school. Made a bunch of friends there. They find sketchy ways to fire people. Will give you the worse hours just so you never meet their criteria in sales if they don't like you just to fire you (not a personal experience but saw it so many times). The HR have schedules but never follow them so you can never see them. Half of the people that work there either sell their soul to the devil to reach the top or survive their time there on antidepressants. So if you want to be traumatized to work again, I would advise not working for them.

Overall a great place to start a career in Sales and Ebox offers ample scope to develop within the company. Ebox is indeed a great company in terms of Products and as a Employer. The benefits are amazing. Work-Life balance is quite affected when you need to be the constantly getting your numbers, otherwise when you just want to meet the target its pretty balanced. My skill set was polished through regular workshops, mentors provide good guidance, colleagues are helpful, work culture is competitive as well as flexible. It is a very good experience to work as a sales associate and customer service representative at Ebox. One gets a lot of knowledge about customer service. Person does more smart work as compared to the hard work.

Do not recommend this place. You are treated like a child

many times you can even take your lunch break as they routinely block your lunch break in there punching tool.
Makes loads of mistake on your paychecks.
Makes promises they dont keep

Bottom line if you really need a job you can work here. but If you have the time to look for something better I would highly advise against applying here.

EBOX is a great company to work for! The people are great and the environment is like no other. Clean offices and good wirk hours. 

Like every job there is stress and a lot of work is required from you, but the days pass quick when you're constantly working!

Good possibilty of advancement if you work hard and work on improving your skills.

Would reccomend applying if you are a student or if you want to develop good phone skills.

The people working there are good people, but management does not trust their employees. Constant micro-management and no long term plans, at least, they aren't shared with the rest of the EBOX team.

There is a lot of outdated infrastructure which needs to be handled, but the issues are swept under the carpet, so expect a lot of patching existing issues while trying to work on actual projects.

Great environment with a hard to swallow schedule.
Very hard to have your breaks and often you are forced to do 12 hour shift. 

That Beeing said they have a optimal supervisor team and one of the best trio of floor operators I have ever worked with.

Also the work space is amazing. Ping pong table, great food selection if ever u forget your lunch.

A great company that gives you a good training about internet technologies before you actually start selling the product.

The hours are ok and they are flexible with the schedule.

Ping pong/pool table, Gaming room (ps4, Xbox, etc.) Music instruments. Great view when the loto quebec fireworks happens, you can come in to watch from the employees room.

Really cool place to work with lots of contests, draws, goodies, cash bonuses, insurance, great staff and management. Even if you dont know the business, they will teach you. Fair people that give everyone their chance, even guide you to advancement on different  levels.

Even though the management was absolutely awful and felt like an unreliable team, I liked the work and the hours (Even though they made me work around 48 hours a week). I had the opportunity to work as a technical support agent but got fired because of the same overwhelming and incompetent management.
Too bad I guess lol

Within the rapid growth EBOX has experienced, it has managed to keep enormous pressures from the usual call-center culture while maintaining its tech core close to home.

An incredible move forward in a very bogged down market controlled by old guard incumbents.
