I worked there just before Christmas and I was 11 days short of my review for 3 months when I was terminated. 11 days before my 3 months, I was let go without reason. I never had a 30 day review of my position or 60 day review of my position because they said they only do reviews after 90 days. I left another job as a previous employee and took this position in confidence that I would be hired “long-term”. I pride myself on hard work and dedication. I did well at my position as Inside Sales and took over for entering numbers for the pricing department by entering in the orders manually into the system on top of my own daily work. At one point before Christmas, I was approached to see if I would want to do sales in the future. Emails were exchanged and I was told that I would be considered for the sales position. They trusted me to handle other orders on top of my own work. At that time, I was proud of myself! Wow! I could do my work and someone else’s work load and still get it all done at the end of the day. I never left with one order on my desk, I was very determined to make sure as a new employee, I did everything I could. I tried very hard everyday at my job. I gave it 250% with all my calls and clients. I got many “good jobs” from new co workers who started with me. The new people are very friendly. The new people try to help you because they are learning also. I hope the best for everyone during COVID but do your research on all companies first!. God Bless All 

I started working here in march of this year (2025) , everyone is friendly & offer words of encouragement constantly. I felt welcomed pretty well immediately. 
I am usually the first one here in the morning and I love getting to greet everyone as they arrive- and everyone tends to greet me as well. 
I love being the custodian because I get to move around all day and there is never a shortage of things to do to keep me busy. I get to interact with all staff and find that I have a great relationship with everyone. 
Management is very understanding and have done their best to work with me and my schedule conflicts. 
I find that everyone is inclusive of everyone and we all mesh quite well personality wise. 

Not a hard sell. Well known in the industry for low prices and good customer service.  I came from dental so the products were easy for me. The culture at maxill is all about numbers and everything is tracked. I have had 3 sales jobs in in my life and this one has the best tools which is a good thing and a bad thing.  They know all your numbers all the time but so do I which I like. best part of the job is our reputation and we kill anyone on price and we have stock. The bad thing about this position is that growth is expected all the time. Yes you are given the tools and for my own personal experience I will easily clear 100K with out much effort because I am good at what I do. Our customers are all about price and they know maxill is all about price so it merges nicely.  The hard part is the go go go.   never ends. 

In general this is a pretty good place to work. As with any job you either have the personality for it, or you don't. When you get a lot of women together it can be "clique" but as long as you aren't gossiping and find some positive in the little things like your favourite coworkers, or bbq Friday you can normally make it through the work week. It can be a little stressful at times, due to an overload of work... but that is what happens when things are busy and you may have to do a lot of little things to help out. Can be hard to manage at times, so the expectations could be overwhelming. But honestly any job is what you make it, if you like a challenge there is always room to advance, you have an idea for a position talk to the managers. 

You have to seek out the bosses around here.  They do not seek you out unless something bad has gone down.   Again, this can be good or bad.  I like to be patted on the head from time to time  and in the old days that was easy.   Not so easy anymore.  

I work in customer service here and I can't say I have any complaints. My hours are good, HR was willing to work with me on my hours which was amazing. My coworkers have been very friendly and I’m enjoying getting to know everyone. I wish I qualified for benefits but have no complaints. I was patiently trained and received much positive reinforcement. This is a great place to work, everyone is given a fair chance to see what they're good at and given opportunities to advance. I highly recommend working here, in fact I’m trying to convince an old coworker to come work here!! 

They were on a big hiring binge early this year so I believe I was on the 2nd or 3rd sales class.  Was warned in advance that sales in general is tough and that me being a dental assistant it could be hard.  overall my experience with maxill is positive and despite a a few months of lean commission the commissions are building now.  My colleagues told me it is about a 3 year pain to get my territory up to $100,000 pay check or more but targeted earnings is already past that whcih is nice.  If we keep our pricing we will be good. 

Company is a great place to earn a 6 figure income. CEO is intense but if you do your job he is a great human. Sales manager is a micro manager and their IPADS track where you are every second of the day (even when you are not working).  Expectations are ridiculous expecting year over year growth of 20% or more. 

The job is self is great! The dental field and most of the people in it are great people and I made some friends that I am sure I will have the rest of my life. 

My honest opinion is I would still be working there if they had better middle management that respected their employees 

Maxill is a good place to sell for and I am fortunate to have a pretty decent book right out of the gate.  About 30% of my book was prospects but in this pricing environment that is not really an obstacle. Company treats me and my Group II colleagues really well.  Sales Director and sales manager are good. Sales manager is new but its working well. Always rumors of the company being sold but I rather doubt it. Seems everyone is having to much fun.

I have been in sales for 3 years and thought I would give the place a try with all the covid things going on etc..  We sell all the infection control products.  A friend of mine used to be in outside sales here before she moved out West and she liked it so that was a plus.  Pretty easy place to make a lot of money on inside sales if you put a decent effort in.  Pricing really talks in this business and we crush everyone and anyone that gets in our way price wise so the customers love that. Im using referrals to grown my book faster than anyone else.
