I started to worked in this company (NLS) this past two weeks and i could say that this is my first job, as a general labour and I assigned in shipping area. I've learned a lot by the help of my co-workers, like how to use a barcode scanner, and how to work as a fill active. The hardest part of my job is to able to stand for long hours but for now on, i expert on that situation and the most enjoyable part of my job is having a lot of works like to make me busy.

Worked there for a bit. I learned diferrent functions of the scanner. The work was just okey but Superviser can cut shift and send half of staff home for 3 hours of work . They do not provide full hours that are required. Superviser also yell and swear at employee who make mistakes. Should learn how to communicated properly

I enjoyed being working .at NLS I learned how to work with the scanner, management was good the environment was very friendly, everyone was always ready to help. the hardest part was to pick the items on time because it has to be so many items on time .the most enjoyable time was a Christmas party.

typical day would be register in to rf scanner and start picking orders to be shipped to different locartions across canada. By mid day we would switch over to fillactive where we would stock locations with clothing using the rf scanner.

Enter orders in system and process products for shipping for fedx or purolator to pick up. Enter products into a data base. Coworkers was kind and helpful if you ever needed help. hardest part of the job is dealing with incompetence workers who think they know it all.

At NLS I learned many practices and procedures regarding customer service in picking orders and packing for high-end department stores.  At my time with NLS my duties included that of scanning SKU's, bar codes and replenishing stock as required.

It was fun working there as it was my first job in this country. but it didn't last long, because of the low work order.many of the employees are again jobless obviously. They should have some good management at providing jobs and making it secure for people working there.

N LS comes up with new opportunities for employees. Pay varies according to the job responsibilities. They take too long to hire someone. Job is secure there until the time you are performing well and they have work for you.

most of the times, work was divided into the team members in which   each team had some specific time to complete it. if any problem came over there than supervisor took initiative to handle it,

NLS is good company to work they have more 10 locations in Brampton only and they care about their employees. Moreover, the wage rate at NLS is also good.
