It is not organised. All the employees are angry and they don't like their job and the condition of their work. The salaries are very low you should work more than 10 hours per day. The job is very very stressful and there is too much work for one person. They need a lot of employees but nobody stays there for a long term.

Production wise everything is nice employees are good but like I said a lot of problem management wise. The president is often on the floor undermining his team.

Racisme, very bad atmosphere, any improvement, low salary, alone to manage all factory. Just waste of time and energy, they said to you if you are not happy you can leave . Try to find another job or stay just short time. Good for owner but nobody else. 

when i work there you see that the job is stressing but you will grind it because the people who you work here will always be there for you and you will always laugh with these people.

Management and other department staff is very corporative and helpful. Fast-paced work place. frendly coworkers. working as an It Support technician at Osolemio is fun.

From the beginning, nobody trains you, the workplace is very noisy, the coworkers are selfish, the area supervisor is disorganized, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms is a disaster.
