The moment I was hired and met the rest of the group, I felt like an outcast.  They could get away with being on their phones, going for drives in the company vehicle, or just sitting at their desks.  If I took too long delivering goods, or slowed down for a couple of minutes, the manager would get upset.
Some days there was no work to do, and others were tripled booked with things that needed to be done last minute.
It was a mess and not worth my time.

The job was decent and fairly easy to pick up, however, management did not handle workplace conflict effectively often resulting in yelling or sending someone home instead of actually dealing with the issues.The company neglected to have weekly team building exercises that were mentioned at the interview and staff had many issues.

Being able to go to a job that is 100% dedicated to soccer is amazing. You learn about the structure of the cleats, receive different jerseys of different club teams, interact with customers who are just as passionate about the sport as you are and much more.

I really enjoyed working there it was very friendly,everyone worked as a team ,all sharing the same common denominator (success) .I would recommend this field of work for anyone who enjoyed warehouse labour.

They don't put this in their ad or when they interview you, but its seasonal work. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The work is pretty relaxed but they sometimes try to hurry you.

Picking warehouse orders and packaging. 
Counting multiple orders at a time. 
Clean and safe warehouse. 
Sometimes warehouse was out of stock; orders had to be set aside to wait for products.

Soccer Express is a great place to work. The staff are all fun and knowledgeable and and the owner/manager is a great guy who appreciates his staff. Great place to work!

Soccer Express was a great store with an immense amount of inventory. We carried products that the majority of our customers could not find any where else.

The work is very physical as it involves lifting heavy boxes repetitively, standing on my feet for a long period of time and stacking boxes onto shelves.

Enjoyed the responsibility of being assistant manager and the relaxed work hours. Staff was great and friendly, I also had no problem covering shifts.
