It's like working in an oven. Every day you have to complete an order for the next day or for a rush order for the same day. The hardest part of the job is working with toxic materials such as paint, acetone and solvents. I learn how to work with a different kind of paint and how to silk screen print manually and with a machine.

It's a diverse company with different cultures. Management is poor, no job advancement, no incentives, no pay raise.

I can say working here is relaxed. It’s a english speaking company. If you don’t know how to speak french you are very much welcome here. But, the downside is the salary. They pay below minimum for production staff and minimum for office users. But, overall all the staff and management are kind and approachable. 

sometimes it's not what you know but who you know matters. some may notice your potentials and motivate you to produce more but they don't know how to really boost you up for promotion.

Everything is good other than job security, you never know when you will be given lay off. So never do Investments if you are working for spector. You will always be disappointed in future.

The company will give you a chance to work in every department to familiarize in every work they are doing so that if there is a rush they can get you to help so that the company will meet the requirements or deadline

The work at Spector & Co. was good and easy, The people are amazing. The management is easy to talk to and did a good job managing the people. We have a Fun day each year just to relax for a day and christmas party.

Overall i was happy working at spector & Co for 8 years in total

Not the best place to work for 
 They make you feel you are a valued worker .
But turn around talk bad about you then lay you off.

I know I had to lay off quite a few good workers . Just because people in the office didnt like them

Learned about counting and fixing stocks. All about teamwork in every area. The hardest part of the job is heavy stuff, but its easier than my previous job. The most enjoyable part is you can do anything as long as you do your job perfectly.

People are very friendly with a family like culture.Parking space. Yearly comoany parties. Close to restaurants. Multiple cafeterias. Company discounts on products.
