The old staff which left before the hostile takeover of management at the Pembina location

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The general manager drinking on the job and losing composure.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not a great work environment and no diversity.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Punching in and trying not to meet the GM throughout the day.

I enjoyed working at Stella because they were flexible with me being a student.

I learnt alot from the senior chefs as they were very helpful.

The working environment was very conjucive as we all worked as a team.

I also learnt that hygiene and safety (food and personal) were very important issues whilst working in the kitchen and with food.
