Munro Manor is a private boutique equestrian facility located just 10 minutes south of Calgary. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Farm Labourer / Grounds Team Lead to help maintain our beautiful 40-acre property.

What You’ll Do
● Perform lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping.
● Operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment safely.
● Complete general property maintenance and repairs, including fencing, painting, and other farm improvement projects.
● Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal during the winter months.
● Travel to other properties for maintenance and landscape work using a company vehicle.
● Help ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard year-round.
What We’re Looking For
● Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
● Experience operating landscaping and maintenance equipment.
● Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
● Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
● Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
● Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
● Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious.
Schedule
● Full-time, Year-round position
● Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
● Occasional weekend work may be required.
A work truck will be provided for travel between properties or errands during working hours.
