Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during each shift
- Communicate clearly with management and clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and special requests
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene by following established procedures and safety protocols
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is essential
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and performing repetitive motions
- Basic knowledge of household cleaning techniques
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Currently hiring for 2 days a week with potential for more. Must be available Fridays.
