Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections or review repair orders to determine required services
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, including scope of work, costs, and estimated completion times
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Recommend additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage billing procedures
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders to ensure smooth follow-up and communication
Skills
- Proven experience or automotive service background with mechanical knowledge
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients
- Sales experience with a focus on automotive services or products
- Mechanical experience or familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
