Position Overview
As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in our restoration projects by supporting our technicians and project managers in returning damaged homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition.
This is a physically active position where no two days are the same. You'll gain practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals on a wide variety of restoration projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition and remove damaged building materials.
- Clean and prepare job sites.
- Assist with equipment setup, operation, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements.
- Support technicians and project managers as required.
- Deliver professional customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
