Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary and service team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food service, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in restaurant management, food handling, and team supervision is essential to succeed in this position.

ResponsibilitiesTasks
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
