We are seeking out a full-time Install & Repair Admin to join our team at Valley Fiber. This position will work from of Valley Fiber's production office in Winkler.

What You’ll Do:
-
Scheduling of installs and service calls
-
Documenting, auditing and reporting as required
-
Managing technicians’ calendars and activating customer accounts
-
Office supply procurement
-
Responding to all inquiries related to install services (Phone calls, emails, team’s messages)
-
Providing internal/external IT & technical support as needed
-
Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to collaborate as a team player with providers and customers
