Rich's Auto Collision is growing, and we're looking for an Autobody Apprentice or Technician with a minimum of 1 years of Automotive experience to join our team.
We're not just looking for someone who can repair vehicles—we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants to continue growing their skills.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive or autobody repair experience
- Non - Apprentice up to Journeyperson welcome to apply
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's licence
What You'll Be Doing
- Structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Panel replacement and repair
- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Preparing vehicles for paint
- Working alongside estimators, painters, and production staff to deliver exceptional repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
