Job Summary

Duties
- Welcome residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor, providing excellent guest services at all times
- Safely park, retrieve, and manage resident vehicles with precision and care
- Verify visitor identities and log entries to ensure authorized access to the premises
- Assist with luggage or package handling as needed, demonstrating hospitality and attentiveness
- Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols of common areas to maintain safety standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, security personnel, and management to coordinate access and respond to inquiries or emergencies
- Cleaning duties of common areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in dealership or hospitality environments demonstrating strong guest services skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional tone that fosters positive interactions
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Knowledge of security protocols or previous security experience is a plus
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and courteous during long shifts while managing multiple responsibilities
